The procedure for nominees selection:

The criteria for application estimation are the following:

- Correspondence to the mentioned nomination;

- Importance of the contribution to the development of IT industry;

- The relevance of the project / action / idea;

- Novelty of provided ideas / approaches / methodologies / tools in managing companies / organization / team / project;

The projects released in the period from 01.04.2015 till 01.10.2016 can participate in the initiative.

On the basis of mentioned above criteria, the jury vote for the nominees and select the winner in each category.

How winner is defined:

1. The winner of each nomination is determined as an average result of two independent stages:

1) Voting of IT Biz Awards expert jury committee.

2) Public IT community poll

2. The jury is a group of 9 people formed by the conference “Outsource People” organizers. The committee was formed out of leading Ukrainian and foreign experts working in IT or related fields. The applications for each nomination are reviewed and valuated by group of 3 experts.

3. The application forms submission process starts on October, 3. The last day that entries will be accepted for this year’s event is October, 23.

4. From October, 3 to October, 23 in accordance with the criteria of nominees selection, the jury forms a short list in each category. The short list includes 5 best candidates applied to the nomination for open voting.

5. The open voting by community members takes place on IT Biz Awards web page during one week starting from October, 24. The last day that votes will be accepted is October, 30.

6. The winner in each category is determined as a sum of jury voting and votes from community members. The voting may happen only with the participation of the majority of the jury members. The winner in each category becomes the nominee scored the maximum number of points on the overall results of expert commission and community members voting.

7. The jury's decisions are final and not subject to revision.

All the data provided by the applicants will be used by the conference organizers and the jury only, and will not be given to the third parties.
